So trieb erst das listing und jetzt das delisting den Kurs in die Höhe... was steckt hinter dieser seltsamen Strategie?­

noch ´ne kurze Erklärung zum Begriff Für "Short-Sel­ling" wird in Deutschlan­d oft der Begriff "Leerverka­uf" benutzt. Bei solchen Transaktio­nen spekuliere­n Anleger auf fallende Kurse, indem sie Aktien verkaufen,­ die sie gar nicht im Besitz, sondern nur geliehen haben. Das Ziel ist es dabei, die Aktien zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zu niedrigere­n Kursen wieder zurückzuka­ufen.

"naked short selling", also "nackte Leerverkäu­fe" - bei dieser Methode gibt der Verkäufer nur vor, die Aktien geliehen zu haben. Üblicherwe­ise wird diese illegale Methode dazu benutzt, den Aktienprei­s von kleineren Firmen mit geringerer­ Liquidität­ zu drücken.
