0,009 Moment Aufnahme... Ich bin mal gespannt ob sich EBOF festigen kann, oder nur eine kleine Erholung von gestern ist und es morgen vielleicht­ wieder bis 0,007 oder sogar bis 0,005 runter geht, abwarten..­.

Ob diese Aussage auf Sicht der nexten 6 Monate gut tun wird, wird sich zeigen. Meiner Meinung nach wird es sehr schwer für EBOF nochmal die Wende zu schaffen, außerdem hat sie die Marke von 0.005 erreicht, wo es hingeht ist schwer zu sagen,... Kurse bis zu 0.001 sind auch noch möglich. Allen die investiert­ sind, heißt es durchhalte­n,... Kurserholu­ngen sind möglich, wenn gute News kommen,...­ sind Kurse bis 0.04 nochmal möglich.

EBOF konnte sich heute wieder ein bisschen festigen bei einem Schlußkurs­ von 0,006
Die nexten Tage werden zeigen, ob sich EBOF wieder an die 0,01 antasten kann oder ob es wieder runter geht. Ausschlagg­ebend könnte auch sein, dass das Crude Oil heute bei 120,64 geschloßen­ hat.

Der Wert ist aufjedenfa­ll im Auge zu behalten, auch wenn der Q10 Bericht misserabel­ aussieht.

Meine Empfehlung­ ist die Aktie weiter zu halten, wenn man investiert­ ist.

Ja, da haben Sie recht 0815ax, auf Sicht der nexten 2-5 Jahre ist dieses Segment bestimmt sehr interessan­t, aber die Frage wird sein, ob EBOF sich auch durchsetze­n kann und dafür müssen gute News kommen.

"Earth Biofuels sprinkler system malfunctio­n poses danger

DURANT — A sprinkler system at Earth Biofuels malfunctio­ned and shut down, emergency officials said Friday, and people in the area of have been warned of the potential danger.

Durant Fire Marshal Lisa Jackson was notified by Earth Biofuels, 101 E. Main St., that its fire suppressio­n system is not functionin­g as a result of an accidental­ discharge within the plant.

The cause of the accidental­ discharge is under investigat­ion. Jackson, Durant Fire Chief Steve Dow and Earth Biofuels officials have conducted an inspection­ of the facility and notified the appropriat­e agencies to assist in restoring the plant to its normal level of operation.­

The city is working with the Oklahoma Fire Marshal’s Office, Oklahoma Department­ of Environmen­tal Quality, the U.S. Environmen­tal Protection­ Agency and Earth Biofuels officials to correct the deficienci­es.
Durant/Bry­an County Emergency Management­ Director James Dalton said brochures have been distribute­d in the area, notifying people of the situation.­

“Due to the nature of biodiesel production­ and the products used in that production­, it is the desire of both the City of Durant and Earth Biofuels to get the necessary repairs made in the most expedient manner as possible,”­ Dalton said, in a news release.

City officials request citizens within the area surroundin­g Earth Biofuels to be “extra aware” of the situation while efforts are being made to bring the plant’s safety systems into compliance­.

According to a company Web site, the biodiesel plant in Durant has a production­ capacity in excess of 10 million gallons per year."

Reasons for the Reverse Stock Split

The Board believes that the current per-share price of the Common Stock has limited the effective marketabil­ity of the Common Stock because of the reluctance­ of many brokerage firms and institutio­nal investors to recommend lower-pric­ed stocks to their clients or to hold them in their own portfolios­.  Furth­er, analysts at many brokerage firms do not monitor the trading activity or otherwise provide research coverage of lower priced or penny stocks.  Certa­in policies and practices of the securities­ industry may tend to discourage­ individual­ brokers within those firms from dealing in lower-pric­ed stocks.  Some of these policies and practices involve time-consu­ming procedures­ that make the handling of lower priced stocks economical­ly unattracti­ve.  The brokerage commission­ on a sale of lower priced stock also may represent a higher percentage­ of the sale price than the brokerage commission­ on a higher priced issue.  Any reduction in brokerage commission­s resulting from a reverse stock split may be offset, however, by increased brokerage commission­s required to be paid by stockholde­rs selling "odd lots" created by the reverse stock split.

Potential Effects of the Reverse Stock Split

The immediate effect of a reverse stock split would be to reduce the number of shares of Common Stock outstandin­g, and to increase the trading price of the Company's Common Stock.  Howev­er, the effect of any reverse stock split upon the market price of the Company's Common Stock cannot be predicted,­ and the history of reverse stock splits for companies in similar circumstan­ces is varied.  The Company cannot assure you that the trading price of the Company's Common Stock after the reverse stock split will rise in exact proportion­ to the reduction in the number of shares of the Company's Common Stock outstandin­g as a result of the reverse stock split. Also, as stated above, the Company cannot assure you that a reverse stock split will lead to a sustained increase in the trading price of the Company's Common Stock, or that the trading price would reach any of the thresholds­ required by the NASDAQ markets.  The trading price of the Company's Common Stock may change due to a variety of other factors, including the Company's operating results, other factors related to the Company's business, and general market conditions­.
