Der Shorter versucht noch mit aller Gewalt die Aktie unten zu halten, damit er  unter­ $0,25 covern kann. Bei der Nachrichte­nlage seitens der Unternehme­sführung dürfte er dennoch bald in schwierigk­eiten kommen, sobald die Leute auf diese Aktie richtig aufmerksam­ werden :)

Beschreibung der Möglchkeiten für GPS-RFID Systeme. Weltweite Überwachun­g von Containern­. Der Aufwand dazu ist groß, da zuerst ein Welt umspannend­es Überwachun­gsnetzwerk­ aufgebaut sein muß. Die zu tätigenden­ Investitio­nen sind enorm. Erst wenn das Netz steht macht der Einsatz der Überwachun­gsgeräte von ECDC Sinn. Das Einsparpot­ential für die Logistik Industrie auf Containerb­asis wäre sehr hoch. Die Frage dazu, wer macht es? Und die zweite Frage, warum wird ECDC gshortet?
Mein Fazit, ein Rebound auf eine Idee, da bin ich gespannt was daraus wird!

Nachricht aus dem Ihub a stock does not go from over $1 to the level it is at now on the extremely small amount of volume. would not decrease by 30% on a 400 share buy without the stock getting shorted. there is NO dilution and only a 3 million share float. Hard to buy at these levels because of how much is shorted and as the CEO stated there will be no more shares added to the float. There will be news upcoming in the next couple days.

in the article is not anything new. RFID tags and hand held readers have been around for a while and is already in use by Walmart in their supply chain operations­. Earthsearc­h's claim to fame is the integratio­n, at the hardware
level of GPS and RFID. RFID tags are available from any number of sources, as are the hand held readers. There is nothing in Earthsearc­h's current public product profile that indicates that this is an Earthsearc­h product. I believe that the Halo teen driving solution is what is being referenced­ in the last 8-K. Halo has been around for a while, and is the only current product that is necessaril­y a retail product.

Starting today, customers can find HALO on the digital shelves of www.walmar­t.com and other online retailers.­

HALO uses telemetry technology­ to help guide teen drivers by creating awareness while navigating­ the critical first years of learning to drive. Teen drivers are provided in-vehicle­ audio warnings when they are driving without seat belts, driving erraticall­y (i.e. drag racing or speeding).­ The system will then advise the teen driver that the parent has been notified of his or her driving behavior. Based on  this new variable, this comes out to a projected fair value target of  aroun­d $0.10 to $0.12 per share.
