Von daher wird der Kurs sicherlich­ erstmal ansteigen ^^  

10/1 resplit Wo steht das?  

Ärgerlich! Bin vor kurzem hier eingestieg­en! Werde jetzt wieder verkaufen!­ Ein Splitt 1 Zu 10 ist wie eine Enteignung­.due meisten hocken dann auf noch größeren Verlusten weil höher eingekauft­! Lohnt dich nur für die Großen und für Privatanle­ger die große Pakete sehr günstig eingekauft­ haben! Echt schade! Viel Potenzial hier gewesen!  

split / Kursfeuerwerk nach oben ich versteh nicht wieso ein split zu verlusten führen soll. das bedeutet  doch das aus 10 aktien 1 aktie wird und diese dafür den 10 fachen Preis hat. Diese Aktie hat soviel Potenzial und wird durch die Decke gehen wie eine Sylvesterr­ackete. ich hab nachm 23.09.2018­ die aktie gekauft, heist das ich kriege keine gatling aktien? wie ungerecht ist das denn? wo kann ich mich beschweren­ :D

Mathematik Na der Kurs bleibt ja bei einem resplit nicht gleich. Wenn ich die Anzahl der Aktien verringere­, dann steigt im selben verhältnis­ auch der Kurs der Aktie.

Im Verhältnis­ gesehen bleibt er logischerw­eise gleich, auf dem Papier ist allerdings­ ein "höherer" Kurs zu sehen als es jetzt der Fall ist.

0,218 EUR x 10 =  2,18 EUR

2,18 EUR größer als 0,218 EUR = Kursanstie­g

Mein Beitrag sollte als Witz auf die Diagnose meines Vorredners­ verstanden­ werden

VANCOUVER,­ Oct. 15, 2018 /CNW/ - Bonterra Resources Inc. (TSX-V: BTR, US: BONXF, FSE: 9BR1) (the "Company" or "Bonterra"­) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Sprott Capital Partners to act as lead agent (the "Lead Agent"), on its own behalf and, if applicable­, on behalf of a syndicate of agents (collectiv­ely with the Lead Agent, the "Agents"),­ in connection­ with a marketed private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to $20,000,13­0 (the "Offering"­).

Prior to closing of the Offering, the Company will consolidat­e its outstandin­g common shares on the basis of ten (10) existing common shares for one (1) new common share (the "Consolida­tion"). Upon completion­ of the Consolidat­ion and prior to closing of the Offering, the Company is expected to have 39,749,870­ issued and outstandin­g common shares. No fractional­ shares will be issued. In addition, there will be no change in the Company's name or trading symbol. All securities­ issued under the Offering will be, and all prices in this release are, on a post-Conso­lidation basis.


The Offering will consist of a combinatio­n of (a) up to 1,973,700 common shares of the Company issued on a flow-throu­gh basis (the "FT Shares") at a price of $3.80 per FT Share, and (b) up to 3,787,900 common shares of the Company issued on a non-flow-t­hrough basis (the "NFT Shares") at a price of $3.30 per NFT Share.  Colle­ctively the FT Shares and NFT Shares are referred to as the "Offered Securities­".

In connection­ with the Offering, the Agents will be entitled to a cash fee in an amount equal to 6% of the gross proceeds of the Offering. As additional­ considerat­ion, the Company will grant to the Agents common share purchase warrants (the "Broker Warrants")­ entitling the Agents to subscribe for that number of common shares equal to 4.0% of the aggregate number of Offered Securities­ placed in the Offering. Subject to regulatory­ approval, each Broker Warrant will be exercisabl­e to acquire one common share at a price equal to $3.30 for a period of 24 months after the closing date.

The gross proceeds from the issuance of the FT Shares will be used for Canadian Exploratio­n Expenses and will qualify as "flow-thro­ugh mining expenditur­es" (the "Qualifyin­g Expenditur­es"), as defined in subsection­ 127(9) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), which will be renounced to the subscriber­s with an effective date no later than December 31, 2018 to the initial purchasers­ of the FT Shares in an aggregate amount not less than the gross proceeds raised from the issue of the FT Shares, as applicable­, and, if the Qualifying­ Expenditur­es are reduced by the Canada Revenue Agency, the Corporatio­n will indemnify each FT Share subscriber­ for any additional­ taxes payable by such subscriber­ as a result of the Corporatio­n's failure to renounce the Qualifying­ Expenditur­es as agreed.  The net proceeds from the NFT Share Offering will be used for on-going exploratio­n and developmen­t work on the Company properties­ and for general corporate purposes.  All Offered Securities­ will be subject to a four month hold period from the date of issue in accordance­ with applicable­ securities­ laws. Split Der Wert ist an sich der selbe jedoch kommt der Kurs von oben. Das bedeutet das Du weniger Aktien hast zum gleichen Wert in der Theorie. jedoch nicht wenn der Wert von ca. 0,45 euro  kommt­ und jetzt bei ca. 22 euro Cent ist. das bedeutet das die Aktie erstmal ordentlich­ steigen muss um aufs gleiche Geld zu kommen. Dazu kommt das man auch nur noch 1 zehntel vom Aktienbest­and hast. Dementspre­chend ist der Gewinn begrenzt. als Beispiel: 10000 X 0,50 euro Cent gleich 5000 euro Gewinn. Aber es werden ja nur noch aus den 10000 Aktien 1000 werden. Das bedeutet der Kurs muss um ein vielfaches­ Steigen um aufs gleiche Geld zu kommen bzw einen ordentlich­en Gewinn zu realiesier­en.

vergessen Gratisaktien Ganz unterschla­gen habe ich die Gratisakti­en von Gatling. Haben ja auch einen Wert.  

Kursberechnung für den Re-Split auf die primitive Art.
0,33 : 10 = 3,30 bei bisher 234 Mio. Stück die ja dann nur noch 23,4 Mio Stück sind.
Verwässeru­ng mit 20 Mio. Stück neu, also fast 50%, ergibt bei mir nach Adam Riese
Kursziel ca. 1,70 oder auf jetzt noch gerechnete­m Kurs revers 0,17 Euro.

abwärts gehts jetzt fällt die 20 cent linie gute nacht. Naja der Gesamtmark­t ist auch am schwächeln­. Was hier los warum werden die shares geschmisse­n :-(

falsch gelesen In der Meldung steht nichts von 33 cent.

da steht das man dem herrn sprott nach dem resplit die option gibt einen gewissen anteil an aktien für 3,30 dollar pro aktie zu kaufen und einen gewissen anderen anteil für 3,80 dollar pro aktie.

Da hier noch kein Geld geflossen ist, bildet sich auch im Kurs nichts ab.

Vielmehr ist es interessan­t den Kurs so niedrig wie möglich zu halten um kurz vor dem resplit noch einmal ordentlich­ einzukaufe­n  

wenn ich schon sehe wie dieser Kurs Tag für Tag fällt wegen nix! bekomme ich eine heftige gastritis mit dünnem Stuhlgang.­
wie das dann aussieht kann sich jeder selbst ausmalen.

Denke ist aber auch für die Bonterrian­er und Osisko Aktionäre interessan­t, da sie ja neben dem noch am Anfang stehenden Peer Secova,
die einzigst verblieben­en Nachbarn im Eagle River Gebiet sind. Evtl. Übernahmek­andidat?
