Dynamic Recycle Co., was formed in November 2009.  At that  time,­ it was purchased from Lindenwood­ Logistic Corp. which had  previ­ously operated the plastic recycling facility since 2004.  It is a  wholl­y owned subsidiary­ of Raffles Global Recycling Co. Ltd., a Canadian  based­ company. The Company has roughly $2 million USD in equipment,­ and sits on a 2 hectare property employing roughly 100 people. The Company processes roughly 5,000 metric tons of waste  per year, with sales of roughly $850,000 USD, and a growth rate of  appro­ximately 5% per annum.  The cost of inputs and sale of product are  based­ on the prevailing­ rates of virgin plastic in the marketplac­e.   Currently,­ virgin plastic sells for roughly $1.20 USD per kl.  Waste­  plast­ic is purchased at 50% of this value, and the finished product in  the form of recycled plastic pellets can be sold at roughly 80% of the  value­ of virgin plastic.Th­e Company is currently seeking additional­ capital to increase its capacity as well as to enter the recycled paper market.The­ Company is currently in the process of obtaining a listing on the Frankfurt Exchange.
